SIX (6) NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - - - Men's Golf, Women's Golf, Men's Tennis, Women's Tennis, Women's Softball, Women's Lacrosse.

Opening Ceremonies will be held at the Aquarium in downtown Houston.  All events are going to take place in Memorial Park.  Closing ceremonies will be at the Discovery Green Park across from the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Michael Fleming has been a practicing attorney in the Houston area for over 18 years. Prior to forming this firm in 2002, Mr. Fleming was a partner in the litigation section of Bracewell & Patterson, L.L.P.(now Bracewell & Giuliani) having previously served as County Attorney for Harris County, Texas. Mr. Fleming was elected Harris County Attorney in 1996 and re-elected in 2000. In that capacity, he managed a staff of over 240 and an annual budget of thirteen million dollars. His office provided civil legal representation to Harris County, Texas and all of its departments, elected officials and employees, including those of the Harris County Hospital District, Harris County Sheriff's Department, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Harris County Flood Control District and Harris County Children's Protective Services.

As a practicing attorney, Mr. Fleming has represented clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts including arguing and winning cases before The Supreme Court of the United States and United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is Board Certified as a specialist in Personal Injury Trial Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Until recently, Mr. Fleming served the public as an appointed director and co-chair of the Harris County Housing Authority. In addition to his appointment to the Harris County Housing Authority, Mr. Fleming serves the community by serving on other boards. He is a member of the board of directors of the University of Saint Thomas and a former member of the board of advisors for Incarnate Word Academy. He is also a life member and founding director of a director of the Irish Society of Houston and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. His biography has been published in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.

Mr. Fleming received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston College of Law.  He and his wife, Natalie, have six children and reside in Houston.
